Terms of use.

Using the products

Chat, the apps, and the agent are provided free during their current release period. Don't use them to break the law, to harm others, or to attack the service.

API

Keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret; traffic exceeding fair-use limits is rate-limited. The API is free during the open beta; pricing published in the console applies when billing begins, with notice.

Content

You keep responsibility for what you upload and publish through the products. Output may be imperfect — verify anything consequential.

Availability

The service is offered as-is while it grows. We ship frequent updates; breaking changes to the API will be announced on /developers.
